Concatemer-Assisted Stoichiometry Analysis (CASA)

Stoichiometry of protein complexes and their post-translational modifications is essential to understand their biological functions. Data-dependent acquisition-based MS is designed to identify proteins but is unsuited to provide this quantitative information. To address this, we have developed a Concatemer-Assisted Stoichiometry Analysis (CASA) technology, in conjunction with targeted MS, for cell biological studies. Moreover, this CASA technology is broadly applicable for translational and clinical investigations that require precise, accurate and sensitive protein quantification.

Under construction: An online resource and education center dedicated to sharing the CASA technology, distributing reagents, and fostering collaborations.
